Our caregivers are the heart and soul of our organization and they are treated with kindness and respect, they’re direct employees, not contractors. They are fully insured, including workers compensation and liability insurance, and they are bonded by us. We are also responsible for all caregiver benefits, tax withholding, and employer contributions for federal and state unemployment insurance. This totally protects clients and places full responsibility on the agency.
We select the most talented staff members. During interview process we focus on both personality and qualifications combined. Although our caregivers are experienced, we train them to meet the high standards of via home. We also provide our caregivers with continuous education on the latest developments in elder care.
